A little bit about us.

Based out of Sydney, Nova Scotia, Vibe Creative Group is a creative agency that works on a national stage. Since 2002, the Vibe team has provided exceptional marketing and communications results for businesses, organizations, communities and governments within Nova Scotia and across Canada.

Meet our senior management and design team

Tracey Boutilier owner

This 20-year adventure with Vibe has been one of Tracey’s greatest joys. As owner and Managing Director, Tracey oversees client relations, research and strategy development. With over 30 years of communications experience, Tracey believes in the power of collaboration….we do our best work together. A proud Cape Bretoner and community volunteer (and pet lover/golf enthusiast), she brings the creativity of our Island and the Vibe team into each and every project.

Neil Gascoyne Creative Director

Vibe’s Creative Director is an accomplished designer with extensive industry experience. Originally from the UK, Neil received a distinction grade in Design Communication while studying in Sheffield. Working as a creative for the past 26 years, Neil has demonstrated skills in branding, signage and exhibit design, print and digital campaigns. Success comes from Neil working in partnership with Vibe’s clients to realize their goals. He is passionate about the power of good design and the profound difference it makes to any venture.

Donna Tarr Administration

Donna is the key to the Vibe engine. Her proficiency in managing the office along with her infectious smile and laugh, keeps the office humming each and every day. She has an extensive work history in office administration and computer applications, having worked in the tourism, marketing and hospitality industries.

Alyssa Boone senior graphic designer

Alyssa is an experienced designer and lead web developer who has been a valuable part of the Vibe team since 2010. A 2009 graduate of the Nova Scotia Community College Marconi Campus Applied Communications Arts and Technology Program, she furthered her education through NSCC’s Graphic Design Program where she graduated with honours in 2010.
