Tracey Boutilier (Owner)
Tracey's experience in corporate communications started with an appreciation of what people, and their companies, had to say. To learn the trade, she studied at the University College of Cape Breton and later at Mount Saint Vincent University through its Public Relations program. Developing communication strategy, along with the art of advertising, media relations, promotions and copywriting are her strengths.
Since the late 1980's, Tracey has worked with local and international companies to help them sort out and capitalize on communication challenges and opportunities. This has involved agency of record management, group facilitation and strategic planning; research including surveys and focus groups; logistical support for key communications events and communications counsel for environmental and industrial sectors.
Tracey is a committed volunteer within her community and she uses her communications skills to assist several local organizations. She volunteers for the Nova Scotia Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Glace Bay and Area Food Bank. Currently, she serves as Past-President of the Fortress of Louisbourg Association and is a member of the Cape Breton Partnership and the Sydney and Area Chamber of Commerce (SACC).
